Key request processing update
Effective October 1, 2026, please allow up to two weeks for key requests to be processed. We are updating our key request procedures to strengthen the safety and security of our campus, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have a time sensitive need, we encourage you to plan accordingly and submit your requests as early as possible.
Integrated Security issues door keys for over 100 buildings on campus. If you would like to request a key, please fill out the Docusign form below.
Key requests are only provided for University of Pittsburgh-operated buildings.
Keys may only be picked up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the following hours: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. You will be contacted via email when the keys are available for pickup.
Keys are $10.00 each.
